Up to 90 days for routine care and the full working day for emergencies. Diary space opens each morning at 7am, so if today looks full, check back then.
Can I cancel or reschedule for free?
Yes — up to 12 hours before your appointment, from the portal or a link in your confirmation email. Inside 12 hours a $40 late fee applies because we can't refill the slot.
Do you take my insurance?
We're in-network with most major providers. Add your insurer to the notes when booking and we'll verify cover and text you the expected out-of-pocket cost before you arrive.
What if I'm nervous about dentists?
Tick “nervous patient” in your booking notes — we'll schedule extra time, agree a stop signal before we start, and talk you through everything. Nitrous oxide sedation is available for longer appointments.
How long does a first visit take?
Book 45 minutes for a new patient exam so there's time for a full history, digital X-rays and a plan you actually understand. The 30-minute slot is for returning patients.
Do you see children?
From age one, and under-6s are free on the family plan. Sofia and Amara both do paediatric check-ups, and the first visit is purely a ride in the chair — no treatment.
